  1. Gulab Jamun: Replace Khoya with a mix of bread crumbs with cashew flour in a ratio of 1:3. Deep Fry in refined oil. Serve it the next day for best results.
  2. Gajar ka Halwa: Cook the carrots in a mixture of 50% soy milk and 50% water. Replace dairy milk or Khoya with a blend of coconut cream and soy/almond milk.
  3. Besan Laddoo: Roast the besan in refined oil. Use coconut oil as a binding agent. Quantity of coconut oil should be 2/3rd of what is intended for the desi ghee version.
  4. Jalebi: Replace curd with yeast in the batter. Use refined oil instead of desi ghee for deep frying.
  5. Kheer: Cook the rice in a mixture of 50% soy milk and 50% water. Replace dairy milk or Khoya with a blend of coconut cream and soy/almond milk.
