Ice-cream Pops

Ingredients:

  • Ice cream 125ml
  • choco chip (melted) 250 g
  • Toppings, such as nuts and coconut flakes
  • Pop sticks 4
  • baking sheet

Instructions:

1) Cut the packaging of ice cream (frozen solid).

2) Insert three Popsicle sticks into the side of the ice cream, and slice between the sticks.

3) Place the pops on a baking sheet.

4) Refreeze until solid (10 min).

5) Dip the stick into white chocolate and the other into dark chocolate.

6) Garnish with nuts or coconut flakes.
