Mango Cinnamon Moments

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 100 gms dairy-free yogurt
  • 4 scoops mango moments
  • 1 six-inch cinnamon stick, 50 ml water
  • 4 and ½ tsp. Demerara sugar, ½ lemon

Instructions:

  1. Simmer the cinnamon in water for 5 minutes.
  2. Place all the ingredients in a blender.
  3. Blend the cinnamon syrup, 4 tsp. sugar, yogurt and mango moments in a blender.
  4. Rub the lemon slice on the rim of 4 glasses.
  5. Sprinkle ½ tsp sugar on the rims.
  6. Pour the blended mixture in the glasses and serve.
