Shipping Policy

We accept orders on the website only for deliveries within Delhi and Gurgaon .Noida and Faridabad may also get serviced within 3 -4 days of placing the order if we are able to accommodate the same. Deliveries to Gurgaon are done the same day of placing the order if the order is placed latest by 10 am and remain extremely likely to get serviced the same day if order is received in the evening by 8 pm .hours Deliveries to Delhi may take 24-36 hours , depending upon the exact location in Delhi.

If someone requires bulk deliveries ,ie for big events or for institutional /B2B purpose, outside Delhi and Gurgaon she/ he has to contact at our customer care 98186 99795 and mail at crm@whitecub.in .

Refund and Return Policy

Once the order is successfully placed , it can not be cancelled and thus no refund requests can be entertained by us . Post placement of the order , refund is offered only if the delivery location is not being serviced by our delivery partners.

Products once sold can not be returned. However , they can be exchanged if both the following conditions are met:

a) The product is in a damaged condition / expired

b) Requirement for exchange is reported at the customer care ,and confirmation for the same is taken from the customer care ,within two hours of receiving the product.
