Had ordered this product on Sunday well before the cut off time but sadly the delivery was not done as per the details mentioned in their website. Tried contacting them on the number given,on WhatsApp too but no response, the next day on Monday still no response on the number given on their page, whatsapp response was only after me sending 2 to 3 messages they cared about responding. When asked why wasn't the product not shipped on the same day the response was "that one product was not in stock" agreed but and update on the same would have been appreciated right?
The accountability of keeping the customer informed that the delivery will be delayed due to XYZ reasons was taken and hence it was disappointing

Taste is good but the ice cream felt very crystally. It felt like sorbet then ice cream . Not sure if it’s stored under storage conditions .

Product availability in Pune Maharashtra

When you are advertising that delivery is available in Pune but when we go to check out you declare it is unavailable in pune . Very annoying Can you list if any store pulled carry your products ?
