Good product - poor service

While the ice-cream was good. One suggestion to avoid so much of sugar - it could be moderated well. The texture of the product is brilliant and with some minor modification on sweetness and such others, it would become brilliant. But your delivery and service is seriously poor; please work on the same else you will lose customers. I will be thinking twice before i order again

I ordered 3 500 ml packs which are single use plastic containers which i have to now put in recycling bin. With each order this single use plastic can be avoided? Bu using thick paper containers?
