All the ice cream were melted

I ordered choco mint, berrylicious , bar etc. But, all of these were out of stock, which should have shown up while ordering. Although, got the refund, but wanted to check those too. All the remaining ice cream were barely cold, forget frozen. After re freezing over night, they got firm again. The amount was too little, it mentioned 125 ml, however, the weight of ice cream was not even 80 g. Taste was okay, but felt oily in the tongue even tough there is no added oil (as per the ingredients). Has great expectations, but did not meet that.

Inappropriate delivery

Chocolate Therapy was not delivered in ice- box. It came with a very tiny gel ice- pack.
