Soy Coconut Curd

White Cub really hit the top for me with their Soy Coconut curd. It has a light airy-ness to it which I love so much. It works so well for my curd-rice, a staple lunch for me during the summer. I also make a variety of raitas with it, potato, pumpkin, cucumber and more. All I can say is that it is really really good. It is a part of my regular order with their peanut curd and masala buttermylk. A must try.

Curd is creamy and thick and tastes delicious. Having served it to every non-vegan guests not one has been able to identify it as non-dairy but rather praise the creaminess and taste. Well done! 👏

Soy Coconut Curd

The soy coconut and peanuts curd from white cub are a great alternative to dairy curd. Tastes just like curd and you can make most of the curd based based dishes with both of these curds.
