Vegan Butter (salted and Unsalted)

The taste was alright but the butter melts at room temperature (31 degrees centigrade). It is better to use the butter as fast as possible after refrigeration.

Tried both. Salted is good but unsalted felt very white and too light. That texture can be improved.
