Deliciously unique

White Cub really hit the top for me with their Soy Coconut curd. It has a light airy-ness to it which I love so much. It works so well for my curd-rice, a staple lunch for me during the summer. I also make a variety of raitas with it, potato, pumpkin, cucumber and more. All I can say is that it is really really good. It is a part of my regular order with their peanut curd and masala buttermylk. A must try.

Curd is creamy and thick and tastes delicious. Having served it to every non-vegan guests not one has been able to identify it as non-dairy but rather praise the creaminess and taste. Well done! 👏

Misrepresentation of color and texture of the curds

The graphic presentation of the soy coconut curds at the time of purchase was incorrectly presented. It was shown bright white and creamy in texture just like dairy curds. Due to this I had a preconception of the curds being bright white and as tasty as dairy curds. I insist that the curds be presented as is (The soy coconut curds was pale brown in color, 'beany' in taste and coagulated in texture).
